Moto G62 5G launch date: Features include 50MP triple-camera setup and Snapdragon 480 Plus SoC-Share Market Daily

Motorola is likely announce the launch of Moto G62 5G in India soon. The Moto G62 5G is the third G-series smartphone after Moto G42 5G and the Moto G82 5G.

In Europe, Motorola has unveiled the phone. With the new G series offering, the G82 5G sits just below the Moto G82 5G, which was recently launched in India. It is expected that the Moto G62 5G will launch soon.

This latest addition to Motorola’s affordable G-series lineup features a Snapdragon 480 Plus SoC and 4GB of RAM. A 6.5-inch display with 120Hz refresh rate graces the smartphone. It has a triple camera setup with a 50-megapixel resolution and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. Android 12 comes pre-installed on the Moto G62 5G, as well as TurboPower fast charging and a 5,000mAh battery.

The dual-SIM (Nano) Motorola Moto G62 5G runs Android 12 with the My UX skin from Motorola. A 6.5-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) IPS display with 120Hz refresh rate powers the smartphone. In addition to 4GB of RAM, it is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 480 Plus SoC and an Adreno 619 GPU.

In terms of photos and videos, the Moto G62 5G is equipped with three rear cameras, including a 50-megapixel main camera with an f/1.8 aperture lens. There is also an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera on the smartphone, both with f/2.4 openings, with a 118-degree field-of-view. With a 16-megapixel front-facing camera and an f/2.4 aperture lens, the Moto G62 5G can be used for selfies and video chats.

The Moto G62 5G price has not yet been announced. The smartphone has already been listed on the company’s website, and it will be available in Graphite and Green colors. Motorola has not yet announced when the Moto G62 5G will be available in other markets, including India.
