Pooja Hegde takes to Twitter to vent anger at Indigo staff’s ‘rude behaviour’

Popular Telegu actress Pooja Hegde took to social media to complain about an IndiGo airline staffer for his ‘rude, arrogant and ignorant’ behaviour.

Hegde, who was flying out of Mumbai, was apparently aghast at the behaviour of the airline staff. In a tweet, she named one staffer as being totally insensitive to issues and behaving in a rude manner and displaying arrogance and ignorance.

The Indigo staff had allegedly even spoken in a threatening tone with Hegde’s team members, including the actor. Pooja remarked that she generally doesn’t complain about issues like these. But what she witnessed forced her to Tweet about the Indigo staff member. She was apparently appalled by the behaviour.

The airlines has reportedly apologised for the staff’s alleged actions, asking the actor to connect with them.

In May, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation had slapped a Rs 5 lakh fine on IndiGo for not letting a boy with special needs board a flight from Ranchi. The ground staff’s refusal to let the child on board had drawn sharp criticism on social media, including action from aviation ministry. A probe has been ordered in the incident

Pooja Hegde was last seen alongside popular Tamil actor Vijay in the film Beast.
