In the third ODI between India and England, Rishabh Pant, who won the Player of the Match award for his heroics at the crease, remarked that he enjoys playing in England.

RIshabh Pant scored his maiden ODI century against England at Old Trafford, Manchester, in another sensational knock under pressure.

In the 260-run chase, he hit the winning runs for India as he remained unbeaten on 125 off 113 deliveries to help them win 2-1.

His heroics were also the reason for his Player of the Match award, as he said he will always remember the knock.

I hope I remember (this knock) forever. Batting, I focused on one ball at a time. Pant said in the post-match presentation ceremony, "I aspire to bat like that when my team is under pressure.".

He shared a 133-run stand alongside Hardik Pandya to revive India’s chase when England were in the driver’s seat.

Pant became the first Indian wicketkeeper outside Asia to slam a century with his sensational century. After Rahul Dravid and KL Rahul, he is the third Indian wicketkeeper to accomplish this feat.
