In the men's final, Novak Djokovic defeated Nick Kyrgios 4-6, 6-3, 6-4, 7-6 (3) to win his seventh Wimbledon title. Kyrgios netted his third match point on Djokovic's third match point in the fourth-set tiebreaker.

In total, Djokovic has won 21 Grand Slam titles, one fewer than Rafael Nadal. The only person to win more Wimbledon titles is Roger Federer, who has eight titles.

As a first-time Grand Slam finalist, Kyrgios had a lot to live up to.

It looks like I played well, but he is like a god to me. The number of times Novak has won it is unknown to me.
