Deepak Hooda did wonders in the last match of the two-match T20 series between Team India and Ireland. He scored a century in a quick fashion

In the 2nd T20I against Ireland at Malahide in Dublin, Deepak Hooda scored a strokeful century.

With an unbeaten knock of 47, Hooda helped India win the first match of the series, and he looked in good form as he took apart the inexperienced Irish bowling attack.

After Ishan Kishan's wicket fell in the third over, Hooda and Sanju Samson punished the Irish bowlers with ease.

As soon as Hooda entered, he began removing the boundaries. Two boundaries were scored in the fifth over by Josh Little and a maximum was scored in the sixth over by Craig Young.

The partnership between Samson and Hooda for 176 runs is the highest partnership for any wicket in a T20I match for India. It is the 9th highest partnership in T20Is

As he laid the foundation for India's mammoth score, Hooda reached his maiden international century in just 55 balls.

The innings ended with him being dismissed for 104 off 57 deliveries. He scored 9 fours and 6 sixes while batting in the middle.
