Does the grocery store have any filthiest fruits or vegetables? Among the top three foods on this year's list are strawberries, spinach, and kale.

Using Department of Agriculture and Food and Drug Administration data, Environmental Working Group publishes "Dirty Dozen" and "Clean Fifteen" lists every year.

This year, a Washington, D.C.-based group collected samples of strawberries, apples, cherries, spinach, nectarine, and grapes that tested positive for pesticide residues.

Pesticides were found in kale, collard greens, mustard greens, and peppers. Kale, collards, and mustards were among the 21 greens that tested positive for pesticides.

The top two foods on the list were strawberries and leafy greens in the past two years. Pesticide residues on bell and hot peppers have increased from No. 10 last year to No. 7.

Which produce contains the least amount of pesticides? It was decided by a group of 15 people that avocados, sweet corn, pineapple, and sweet potatoes were among the "Clean Fifteen."
