“Uphoria” star Sydney Sweeney revealed she does not have the cash to take a break to enjoy the lush lifestyle.

The rising sex symbol told the Reporter she couldn't afford a six-month break with her income. There is no one I can turn to for assistance, to pay my bills, or to seek assistance."

While the 24-year-old isn't broke - hello, Miu Miu, Laneige, and Armani beauty campaigns - she doesn't make as much as people think through her day job.

“Actors no longer get paid like they used to, and there are no residuals with streamers anymore,” Sweeney explained.

“Established stars still get paid, but my lawyer gets 5 percent, my agents get 10 percent, my business manager gets 3 percent,” the Emmy-nominated star explained.

"I have to pay my publicist every month, which is more than my mortgage," Sweeney explained. My life in LA would be impossible if I just acted. Deals are something I have to do."

She does have a steep monthly mortgage on the $3 million Los Angeles mansion, but hopefully, the golf course view will make it more bearable.

After purchasing the property last year, Sweeney allegedly noted she had already maxed out her budget for gate purchases.

As a 13-year-old, "White Lotus" star's parents faced financial hardships when they moved to LA so that she could pursue her acting career.
