It was due to an open spot on the Buffalo Bills' roster that Odell Beckham Jr. was not on the roster

Fake accounts of popular websites and newsbreaking accounts are also common in today's social media age.

In one instance, OBJ thought he had joined the Bills after being tricked into creating a fake Bleacher Report account.

Photoshop certainly looked like something Bleacher Report would use as its graphic when it announced the receiver had joined the Bills in a tweet.

Upon closer inspection, the username has a 't' in it, which can be seen on the account.

Beckham Jr. woke up to numerous notifications despite it being a fake account and asked how much Buffalo paid for him.

His former Los Angeles teammate Von Miller even received a shoutout from him.

The Los Angeles Rams had OBJ play in eight regular season games and score five touchdowns during that period. When it came down to the big games, the receiver stepped up his game even more.

The Rams beat the 49ers 20-17 in the NFC Championship Game behind nine receptions from Beckham Jr. for 113 yards.

A non-contact knee injury forced him to exit the game against the Bengals with about four minutes left in the first half after catching two passes for 52 yards and one touchdown.

Despite losing OBJ, Los Angeles won 23-20 despite a sluggish offensive performance.

The receiver recently informed ESPN that he played the whole back half of the season without a torn ACL, despite appearing to do so in the Super Bowl.

The earliest Beckham Jr. will be able to play this season is November or December, regardless of when it occurred. As a result, he remains a free agent.

Perhaps OBJ will be able to reunite with Von Miller once again if Buffalo needs one more playmaker for a Super Bowl run.
