On November 1st, 2021, 90 players played Wordle, and then on it rose to 2 million soon. People actively shared the word on Twitter and it became a craze to what it means to people today. New York Times now has bought this for a huge sum of money from Josh Wardle, and around 2700 words of the 13,000 5-letter words that are there in the English dictionary are used.
