Street Fighter News: Street Fighter 6- all set to be released in 2023

By Mahesh Limbani Jun 3, 2022

The trailer for Street Fighter 6 indicates that Capcom‘s upcoming street fighter successor will be multiformat as well as have a new logo.

Although there were few first-party games, the PlayStation State of Play was far more significant than anyone anticipated on Thursday night. Capcom, rather than Sony, had some of the newest games to offer, such as Street Fighter 6, the PlayStation VR2 version of Resident Evil Village, and the remake of Resident Evil 4. Despite the fact that the State of Play’s main focus was the gameplay, Capcom did not show any at the time.

Street Fighter 6 will be launched on the following platform

The game is visually stunning with a rare mix of rationalism and animation film elements. Apart from that, Street Fighter 6 will be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

The trailer showcased four fighters

The trailer displayed four warriors, two of which are old and two of which are new. The arrival of Chun-Li and Ryu was not predicted, but the duo, especially Chunners, looked magnificent.

When you make a certain move for one of the players, the visuals are amazing since it nearly appears like color is sprayed all over the place. However, there is much emphasis on Metro City – the backdrop for the Final Fight games – implying that the final battle will be between Guy, Cody, and Mike Hagger, despite the fact that other enemies have shown up in the past.

Features and newly added modes

Arcade mode, training mode, local versus clashes, and internet battles are also available in the Fighting Ground mode. Aside from that, the game now includes the Battle Hub for online games and World Tour, which is similar to a single-immersive story mode, crossing all the limits of a fighter game.

The RE Engine will be employed, which is similar to that used in recent Devil May Cry 5 and Resident Evil games. A new, streamlined control framework for carrying out various actions and combinations has also been developed. Even though the moves in Street Fighter just aren’t challenging, this trait is fairly common in recent combatants.

There is a new Drive System – a new gauge that governs which moves you can perform, and a feature for side-by-side commentary, which will feature popular E-sports commentators who will provide simple explanations about the game as you play, which could be very useful for newcomers.

Well, the logo is not yet out but other details are available on the Capcom’s official website.
