Kanye West has beef with Gap that he wants to settle.
The rapper of the song “Praise God” shared a screenshot from a text exchange with a friend on Wednesday, who shared a link to a navy logo t-shirt on Gap’s website and commented that “This is Gap copying YGEEB” referring to West’s collab with the American apparel giant and the luxury fashion label Yeezy Gap Engineered by Balenciaga.

The 45-year-old West replied to his pal, “Exactly,” with a grin on his face.
Another accusation that the Grammy winner threw at Gap was made in his caption for the post: “But they canceled the photo shoot with my kids in Japan without telling me about it.”.
A little less than 24 hours ago, West had also publicly called out the company for allegedly meeting about his designs without him present.

In 2020, West signed a 10-year deal with Gap, and he has been generating considerable media attention for the retailer ever since, even though it hasn’t always been positive.
Earlier this month, shoppers were furious to discover that the Yeezy Gap collection was sold out of trash bags in stores across the country.
West recently urged his Instagram followers to “look to the homeless” as “the biggest inspiration for all design” in an Instagram post he has since deleted.
He is said to have become angry when he saw his clothes on hangers because he wanted them to be displayed in this way.
According to the New Yorker who brought attention to the unconventional display, the sales associate said Ye got mad when he saw them that way.
